The project was conceived as a place of meditation, designed to welcome both individual and collective reflection. The circular, intimate path guides visitors from the frenetic energy of Alameda Central square into a secluded, protected interior, transforming the journey into a sensory and emotional experience.

The Outer Square – The Past | everyday life, suddenly changed, a world leaving visible traces and memories.
The Path – The Present | darkness and uncertainty, oscillating shadows, distorted sounds: a limbo suspended between two realities.
The Inner Square – The Future | a space that calls to be built and contemplated, ready to embrace new possibilities.

Structurally, the vertical elements of the inner section rest on the outer shell and interweave with one another, outlining an uncertain boundary between interior and exterior. This interplay creates a permeable environment, where the definition of limits becomes a sensory experience.

Wooden slats, ropes, nails, and earth: materials that evoke tactility and nature, making the intangible tangible.
